About Optionwalk Heating & Air and How Referrals Work
Request an estimate
Who We Are
Optionwalk Heating & Air is a referral service for homeowners with a heating or cooling problem. We are not an HVAC company. Independent providers in our network do the repair and installation work. We help you reach one.
Why We Exist
A lot of people think finding HVAC help is simple. In practice, a broken AC sends you into a pile of search results, and every one of them says it is ready to help. We exist to make that first step calmer and clearer.
We also like to say "paperwork-ready homes." When you have photos, notes and records in hand, estimates are easier to compare and conversations go faster.
How Providers Are Matched
You request an estimate, or you Request a callback to check provider availability. We look at your location in Glendale or the Glendale area, the kind of problem and the service you need. Then we point you to a local provider in our network.
Availability changes from one provider to the next. Some can respond quickly. Others book out further. Ask about timing during your first conversation.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Hold any licenses their state requires for the work
- Explain the problem in plain words
- Give a written quote before work starts
- Respect your time and your home
- Be honest about whether a repair or a replacement makes more sense
What We Do Not Do
- We do not repair, install or service equipment
- We do not set the final price; the provider does
- We do not decide what your insurance will or will not cover
- We do not make promises about arrival times
Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim, but the decision belongs to your insurer.
How We Are Paid
Homeowners are not charged by Optionwalk Heating & Air for a referral. Providers in the network may pay a fee when we connect them with a homeowner. That fee does not change your right to compare quotes or say no. There is no obligation to hire anyone.
Be Ready Before the Season Hits
Myth: you can wait until the first hot week to deal with an aging system. Fact: that is when providers are busiest. Smoke seasons, long dry spells and winter rain all put stress on equipment. Getting an estimate early gives you more choices and more time to plan.
Get Connected
Tell us what is going on with your system. Share a few photos if you can. A local provider can take it from there.
